Carcassonne Agglo is launching a new support program for young people aged 18 to 30, aiming to facilitate their professional integration by financing their driving licenses.

This third edition of the support program, named Objective Employment, aims to help young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET) develop their professional and personal skills. The reinforced support includes self-awareness, skills valorization (soft skills), job search strategy, interview preparation, meetings with recruiters in high-demand professions, and participation in simulation-based recruitment methods (MRS).
The project is a collaboration with Carcassonne's MLOA, France Travail, and Youth Information advisors from the CIAS social centers. It will also allow young people to join the Youth Engagement Contract (CEJ) for enhanced support and additional opportunities.
Upon completion of the program, participants will receive funding for a Category B driving license, to overcome mobility challenges and achieve successful professional integration.
Participation requirements include being between 18 and 30 years old, wishing to obtain a driving license without yet being enrolled in a driving school, and actively seeking employment while registered with France Travail. The program primarily targets residents of Priority Urban Policy Areas (QPV).
Applications are open until October 30, 2026. Interested individuals must complete a registration form and a commitment charter, available below.
