Météo-France has issued a red alert for RAIN-FLOODING and an orange alert for STORMS and FLOODS in the Gard department. In response to these extreme weather conditions, the public is strongly advised to postpone all non-essential travel, avoid roads, and stay indoors.
Consequently, all schools in the department will be closed for the day. Public transportation services have also been completely suspended across the entire Gard territory.

In the commune of Manduel, all public-access buildings, including schools, the leisure center, the nursery, the media library, and sports facilities, are closed.
