The President of the CCBL, Jean-Luc SILHERES, along with the eight vice-presidents, first detailed the community's functioning, its competencies, and its values. Participants then discovered the missions and projects of the various services, organized around four thematic areas: population services, attractiveness and development, land use planning, and general resources. These presentations were led by territorial agents.
Illustrator Gaëlle Anastasio was present to sketch the highlights of the seminar, adding a creative visual touch to the event.
The CCBL expressed its gratitude to the staff for their involvement and to the elected officials for their active participation. This event was described as very rich in exchanges, helping to better publicize the CCBL's actions and strengthen the bonds between the community of communes and its member municipalities.
