The Hauts Tolosans Community of Communes is launching a new financial aid scheme for home energy renovation, aiming to support homeowners financially in their upgrade projects.

As part of its Local Housing Plan (PLH) 2025-2031, the Hauts Tolosans Community of Communes is implementing a new financial aid program for energy renovation of homes. This initiative aims to supplement subsidies already provided by the ANAH (National Housing Agency) and assist property owners with their renovation efforts.
This aid is available to owner-occupiers and landlords whose properties are located within the Hauts Tolosans territory. The CCHT aid amount will be 10% of the subsidy effectively paid by ANAH. The minimum aid will be €1,000 and the maximum €4,000, capped by the remaining cost to the beneficiary.
To be eligible, applications must concern ANAH aid payments made from January 1, 2026, onwards. The application to the CCHT must be submitted after the ANAH aid has been disbursed.
Interested property owners can consult the attribution regulations and download the application form from the Community of Communes' official website.
