As part of the "Commerce avenir" operation, the Mairie de Toulouse has launched a call for applications for the transfer of three commercial leases and the rental of two premises. This initiative aims to preserve the balance and variety of commercial activity in the city center and neighborhood hubs by promoting the establishment of a qualitative commercial offering that complements existing activities.
The operation is part of the Toulouse Municipal Council's deliberation on January 25, 2013, which defined a safeguard perimeter for local commerce and crafts. The transfer of craft businesses, commercial businesses, and commercial leases in this area is subject to pre-emption rights.
The commercial premises for lease transfer are located at 98, route d’Albi (34 m², all businesses), 80, Grande rue Saint-Michel (57.50 m², all businesses except restaurants and fishmongers), and 77, avenue de Muret (47 m², all businesses).
Two commercial premises are also available for rent: one at 29, rue de la Chaîne (148 m2, all businesses except those generating noise pollution), and the other at 2, rue Arnaud Bernard (45 m2, all businesses).
Selection criteria for candidates include the quality and originality of the business concept, opening hours, candidate's references and financial capacity, technical relevance of the project, and its contribution to the neighborhood's influence and synergy with other commercial activities.
Project leaders must submit a complete application including company presentation, CVs of project leaders, project presentation, letter of intent, a detailed three-year financial plan and a two-year cash flow forecast, as well as anénagement plan.
Offers must be submitted by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, in a sealed envelope marked "Candidature rétrocession – (address of the property) 31000 TOULOUSE - Do not open", to Maître Laurent BRUSTIER - Notary, 2 bis, boulevard Delacourtie - 31400 Toulouse.
