The HLM Congress 2026, held in Bordeaux, provided a prime opportunity for Hérault Logement to meet with its partners and discuss crucial topics for the social housing sector.
A financing agreement of 20 million euros was reached with the Banque des Territoires for the 2026-2027 period. These funds will support the organization's construction and rehabilitation program, including the creation of 150 social rental housing units in Hérault.
Building on over ten years of collaboration, Hérault Logement also renewed its agreement with Arkéa Banque Entreprises & Institutionnels. This new partnership will facilitate connecting interested individuals with the bank for information on its products and services, particularly for social access projects.
Concrete progress was made with La Banque Postale regarding cybersecurity, bank data protection, and securing financial exchanges with tenants, notably through the eZyban solution. Concurrently, an agreement was signed with the Caisse d’Épargne Languedoc-Roussillon for the financing of the Bail Réel Solidaire (BRS).
A roundtable discussion on implementing a data strategy, organized at the Bial-X stand, allowed Hérault Logement to share its experience and the use of its S-HABITAT platform for better data utilization.
These meetings were rich in discussions and new ideas, strengthening relationships with collaborators throughout the year.
