This two-day event aims to explore the uses of games in addressing ecological, territorial, and societal challenges, and to foster new ways of supporting transitions. The initiative questions the potential of games as a tool for understanding and acting in the face of our territories' transformations.
This first edition, designed to be human-scale, is intended as a space for encounters, experimentation, and discovery. It will bring together players from the gaming and transition sectors to share their experiences, tools, and ideas. The goal is also to build bridges between fields that rarely meet: game designers, researchers, local authorities, associations, businesses, and citizens are invited to share their practices and foster new collaborations.
Friday, November 6, will be dedicated to professionals, offering a day to discover tools, share experiences, and develop networks around the use of games in supporting transitions.
On Saturday, November 7, the festival opens to the general public for a day of play, experimentation, and discovery of ecological and territorial issues in a friendly and accessible setting.
The full program and participation details are available on the website festival-jeu-ecologie.fr. Registration for the professional day is also done via this link.
