Organized by Bio 46, the association of organic farmers of the Lot region, the fair will be an opportunity to meet producers and discover their expertise and products. A great chance for consumers to favor local and sustainable consumption.
On the stalls, visitors will find a wide range of products: Quercy Saffron, meats, cheeses, vegetables, beers, wines, jams, herbal teas, wool products, cosmetics, breads, walnut-based products, honeys, chestnuts, truffles, and fruit juices. The fair is presented as the annual meeting point for organic products in the Lot, fostering connection between producers and consumers.
The event is supported by several partners, including Le Département du Lot, the Communauté de Communes Quercy-Bouriane, the Mairie de Gourdon, Bio d’Aqui, Biocoop de Gourdon, Crédit Agricole (Midi Pyrénées), MMA (Cahors and Montcuq agency), Crédit Mutuel, and Groupama.
