A convivial and festive evening took place on Tuesday, October 29th, at the Marvejols Multi-purpose Hall, gathering more than 300 people for a solidarity initiative to raise awareness for breast cancer screening. The event, reminiscent of the Estivales' conviviality, offered various activities for all ages.
The first part of the evening featured Disney songs, delighting the younger audience. Subsequently, the stage was set ablaze by the performance of Lucas, his musicians, and dancers. Throughout the evening, attendees enjoyed numerous activities, including wooden games, face painting, caricatures, a photobooth, and cotton candy.
Thanks to the generosity of the public and donations from partners, the event raised €600. The entirety of this sum will be donated to the Ligue contre le cancer de la Lozère (Lozère Cancer League). A big thank you was extended to the partners and all participants for their support.
The success of this event relies on strong collective commitment. Immense gratitude was expressed to the Rugby Club Marvejolais for managing the refreshment stand, preparing and serving meals, and for their donations. The public's mobilization, often dressed in a touch of pink, helped embody the values of solidarity and sharing within the community.
