Located on Rue des Alzines in the Nogarède sector, the facility opened its doors in the presence of key figures such as Ms. Malherbe, President of the Department and SEM Roussillon Aménagement, Prefect Pierre Regnault de la Mothe, the Mayor of Céret, a representative from ARS, and the director of the establishment.
This major project represents an investment of €18 million. The EHPAD covers 6911 m2 and has 107 beds. It was designed to meet current standards for resident reception, comfort, and quality of care, while providing a more modern and adapted living environment and improving working conditions for staff.
SEM Roussillon Aménagement, as the Delegated Contracting Authority, managed the entire operation. Their role included overseeing studies, managing the construction phase, and handling administrative and financial aspects, from needs assessment to final acceptance of the building.
