The Centre de Gestion des Pyrénées-Orientales (CDG 66) is enhancing its collaboration with the Caisse Primaire d’Assurance maladie (CPAM 66) and the Caisse d’assurance retraite et de santé au travail (CARSAT Languedoc-Roussillon) through a new tripartite agreement signed on May 11th.

To better meet the needs of professionals in the region, the CDG 66 has formalized a partnership with CPAM 66 and CARSAT Languedoc-Roussillon. This initiative follows a similar agreement established with Urssaf Languedoc-Roussillon in April 2026.
The tripartite convention, sealed on May 11th, will focus on targeted communication actions. The goal is to disseminate information about available schemes and services for local authorities, particularly concerning the "business account," health prevention (screenings, addiction control, mental health, corporate sports), and professional risk management (prevention programs, accident at work/occupational disease tariffs).
With the involvement of CPAM 66, local authorities will be able to streamline procedures related to sick leave and simplify the management of Nominative Social Declarations (DSN). CARSAT LR will be responsible for promoting occupational risk prevention initiatives, informing HR departments about Social Service support for employees on leave or at risk of professional disinsertion, and improving information on retirement rights for agents under the general scheme.
CDG 66 will serve as a primary point of contact, assisting local authorities with their administrative procedures concerning these partner organizations.
This partnership will concretely manifest this year through several interventions: CARSAT will participate in the launch meeting of the prevention assistant/advisor network on November 12th, 2026, and CPAM 66 will address member authorities of the "Paies à façon" (custom payroll) service on November 17th, 2026. Further communication initiatives are planned for 2027.
