During an information meeting held on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, the president of the Departmental Council, along with community and municipal elected officials, unveiled the Mirepoix bridge reconstruction project to the residents present.
The solution chosen by the Departmental Council, in consultation with the public, involves a mixed beam bridge and an enhancement for soft mobility. Work is scheduled to commence in September-October 2026. The estimated duration of the works is 19 months, with the structure expected to be delivered in spring 2028.
