For the second year, Carcassonne Agglo hosts Vignobles en Scène from October 16-18, a national event celebrating local vineyards and wine heritage through unique experiences.

The event Vignobles en Scène, becoming a fixture in the wine landscape of Carcassonne Agglo, returns for its second edition from October 16 to 18. Organized by the Grand Carcassonne Tourist Office, this national operation highlights vineyards and offers a program combining wine, chocolate, truffle, and the underground world.
Aurélien Turchetto, Vice-President of Carcassonne Agglo for Tourism, emphasized at the press conference that this event « aims to bring together and unite the stakeholders of our territory around a program of unusual and surprising encounters. » He added that these experiences « allow us to see our destination from a different perspective and reveal its full richness. »
Four events are scheduled in exceptional locations: on Friday, October 16 at 6 PM at Château Guery in Azille, featuring a cooperage workshop and a vertical tasting of vintages (2020-2024), followed by a musical dinner (12€ for both workshops, 35€ with dinner, reservation required).
On Saturday, October 17, the Maison de la Truffe in Villeneuve-Minervois will host from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM a signature truffle & wine workshop (10€, visit included). In the evening, at 5:30 PM, the Grotte de Limousis will offer a guided tour followed by a tasting with a sommelier (15€).
Finally, on Sunday, October 18, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, Domaine Cantalauze will feature live music and wine & chocolate pairings at sunset, with Rémi Touja, French Dessert Champion (17€).
