Children dressed as witches, vampires, and other fantasy creatures, all children of tenants, participated in the event with the specific mission of leaving with bags full of candy.
Beyond the costumes and treats, this initiative aimed to share a warm moment with the children and strengthen community ties within the neighborhoods.
