Trèbes PLU Modification: Public Consultation from October 19 to November 19

The City of Trèbes is opening a public consultation period for modification n°4 of its Local Urban Plan (PLU), from October 19 to November 19, 2026, to facilitate economic development.

The City of Trèbes informs its residents about the public availability of the draft modification n°4 of the Local Urban Plan (PLU). This initiative aims to encourage the installation and development of economic activities in the Béragne zone.
The consultation period runs from Monday, October 19 to Thursday, November 19, 2026, inclusive. During this time, the complete modification file, along with an observation register, will be available at the town hall's technical and urban planning services during regular opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Observations can be directly entered into the register available at the town hall. They can also be sent by email to urbanisme@mairie-trebes.fr or by postal mail addressed to Monsieur le Maire, Place de la République, 11800 TREBES.
At the end of the consultation period, the register will be closed and signed by the Mayor. A report will then be presented to the Municipal Council for the adoption of draft modification n°4, which may be amended to take into account the feedback and observations received.
