The municipality of Flagnac is launching a call for expressions of interest to find project leaders to develop an activity within the Château de la Griffoulière, a historical and cultural building.

Located in Flagnac, the Château de la Griffoulière, built in 1882 by Alexandre Cardonnet, is an important element of the commune's heritage. After serving as a supply point during World War II and hosting a youth center for several decades, the château, owned by the commune since 2017, is ready for a new chapter.
Through this call, the commune wishes to identify motivated project leaders to develop an activity within this exceptional site. Projects could relate to accommodation and lodging, culture and heritage, tourism and leisure, events, economic development, or any other use compatible with the site's identity. The goal is to foster a solid and sustainable project that preserves the heritage while bringing new dynamism to the château and the territory.
