Between July 1 and September 15, 2026, the service recorded 354 users welcomed and 918 support sessions completed. These figures highlight residents' needs for administrative and digital assistance.
Among the most frequent requests are procedures related to France Titres, such as driving licenses, vehicle registration cards, and identity document pre-applications. Interactions with the Retirement Insurance, including career statements and retirement simulations, also constitute a significant portion of the support provided.
