As part of the Call for Projects for Priority Neighborhoods of City Policy, the Mission Locale de l’Aveyron is launching the « Crea’Pro: Cross-views and Youth-Business Dialogue » project, aimed at young people from the Priority Neighborhoods of Rodez Agglomération.

This project stems from an observation: young people in priority neighborhoods face professional integration difficulties, often exacerbated by social isolation, a lack of knowledge about the professional world, negative perceptions, and low self-confidence. Concurrently, some local businesses, despite their willingness to include young people, have skewed perceptions, sometimes deeming them unmotivated or unsuitable.
The Mission Locale therefore proposes an innovative approach that combines cultural and artistic mediation to create a dialogue space between young people and businesses, confront representations, and build a shared vision of work. Sophrology sessions and convivial moments are also included to develop confidence and self-esteem, and to foster social connection and commitment to the initiative.
Two other actions will further materialize this project in November and December.
