The next session of the Aigues-Mortes Municipal Council will take place on Wednesday, October 7th at 3 PM in the Municipal Council Hall. The agenda, comprising 18 points, will address various essential topics for the municipality.
Among the items on the agenda are the approval of the previous council's minutes dated July 15th, 2026, and the adoption of the council's internal regulations. Important agreements will also be discussed, notably an agreement for the provision of MAJIC data by the CCTC and a financing agreement from the Gard Departmental Council for the development of the Local Mobility Plan.
The elected officials will also focus on the management plan for the Marette, the cost update for the provisional Bourgidou bridge (2025/2026) with financial participation from the CCTC, and the request for a co-financing fund from the CCTC for the redevelopment project of the P9 parking lot.
Other subjects include the reimbursement policy for employee travel expenses, the secondment of municipal agents to the CCAS, and the renewal of the Tourist Office's application for Category 1 classification. Pricing for the Tourist Office's merchandise and advertisements in the municipal bulletin will also be set.
The operating subsidy for the Aiguo-Morto festival committee, modification decisions for the Parking and Main budgets, and the reimbursement for a claim on Emile Jamais street are also on the agenda. The session will conclude with a report on decisions made by delegated power and current affairs information and questions.
