This Saturday, October 24th, the vaulted hall of Anduze hosted a workshop to make heart-shaped cushions, organized by EPEM volunteers as part of October Rose.

The initiative aimed to create comfort cushions for women affected by breast cancer. Participants were able to sew, weigh, stuff, and close nearly 300 hearts.
These cushions will soon be delivered to the oncology departments of Alès Hospital and the Gard Cancer Institute in Nîmes.
A big thank you was extended to the EPEM volunteers, participants, the UCIA for refreshments, Anduze's merchants for the tombola prizes (funds will finance raw materials), and the Culture and Animation team and elected officials for their support.
