The program begins on Wednesday, October 7th, at 10 am with a chair Pilates session, focusing on breathing and muscle strengthening, held at the Salle Jean Jaurès. Ten spots are available by reservation.
On the afternoon of Wednesday, October 7th, from 2 pm to 4 pm, a screening of the opera Tosca will take place at the Salle Mozart – Auditorium Les 2 Rhônes. Forty spots are offered by reservation, followed by a snack open to all seniors and caregivers.
On Friday, October 9th, at 9:15 am, a balance gym session is scheduled at the Centre Georges Brassens, aimed at maintaining good posture and coordination. Ten spots are also available by reservation.
