Agricultural operators who cannot plant their secondary crop declared on Télépac for BCAE7 due to drought can now request an individual derogation under force majeure for the 2026 PAC campaign.

A request form must be sent to the DDT (Departmental Directorate of Territories) as soon as possible and no later than December 15, 2026. No additional supporting documents are required for this exceptional procedure.
This measure follows the persistence of very dry climatic conditions observed over several months. As soils have remained unusually to exceptionally dry across the entire metropolitan territory, the force majeure criterion is considered met.
