As part of the 2026 Mental Health Information Weeks, children from the early childhood centers of the Astarac Community of Communes transformed into artists to express imagination, emotions, and well-being.

In Saint-Élix-Theux, at the Bidibulle multi-daycare, a musician led workshops where children revisited classic nursery rhymes, discovered the accordion and saxophone, and created rustic paintings with natural materials.
At the Loupiots de l’Arros multi-daycare in Villecomtal, children painted 'in the style of Keith Haring', created frescoes, listened to classical music, and danced with scarves.
At the Relais Petite-Enfance, a shared reading of the album 'Ours' by Arianna Tamburini was followed by painting colorful bears with brushes. Professionals also discussed the positive impact of artistic activities on morale.
These activities, combining listening, observation, exploration, and bodily expression, allowed children to express emotions, well-being, and calmness, making them eager to do more.
