Starting November 3, 2026, the Comminges Pyrénées Hospital Center will welcome Dr. Magalie Coco-Viloin, an allergist. The aim is to establish an allergy service in the southern part of the Haute-Garonne department.
This new service will allow Comminges residents to receive specialized care closer to home for the diagnosis, monitoring, and treatment of allergic conditions.
Consultations will notably cover food allergies, drug allergies, skin allergies (hives, atopic dermatitis, contact allergies), respiratory allergies and asthma. Desensitization treatments, including for respiratory allergies and bee and wasp venom allergies, will also be available.
With this initiative, the CHCP is enhancing its specialized healthcare offerings in Comminges, aiming to improve access to care and reduce the need for travel to Toulouse. This department will strengthen local care pathways in collaboration with regional health professionals and referral structures.
