Following heavy rains and floods that occurred between January 7 and February 19, 2026, all municipalities in Haute-Garonne have been recognized for agricultural disaster status. The deadline for submitting applications is extended until December 31, 2026, inclusive.
Farmers who suffered damage to their land, structures, stored fodder, or vineyards benefit from this additional period to file their compensation requests. The affected assets include damage to soils, structures, fodder stored outside buildings, and vines.
Compensation claims can be submitted via email to aides-conjoncturelles(at)haute-garonne.gouv.fr or by postal mail to the DDT of Haute-Garonne, Cité administrative, Bâtiment D, 1, Place Emile Blouin, CS 70005, 31952 TOULOUSE Cedex 9.
The compensation file, its annexes, and instructions can be downloaded from the State services website at: https://www.haute-garonne.gouv.fr/Actions-de-l-Etat/Agriculture-elevage-et-developpement-rural/Agriculture/Aides-agricoles/Aides-conjoncturelles/Calamites-agricoles-et-ISN/Calamites-agricoles-et-ISN.
