The Sicoval is launching its new 2026-2027 short food supply chain guide and mobilizing actors of the social and solidarity economy (SSE) for November in Southeast Toulouse.

The 2026-2027 short food supply chain guide is now available, listing over 70 local points of sale for fresh, seasonal products. It aims to support the local economy and connect consumers with committed professionals.
In parallel, a new Donation Center opens in Labège on November 2nd. The French Blood Establishment will collect blood and plasma, vital for many patients and for France's health sovereignty in plasma-derived medicines.
Throughout November, the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) will be celebrated in Southeast Toulouse. Sicoval and local stakeholders are organizing various events, workshops, and conferences to showcase this economic model.
Key events include the Circular Economy Village on Wednesday, November 25th in Castanet-Tolosan, and the "From Earth to Plate" Discovery Walk on Thursday, December 3rd, starting from Ramonville Saint-Agne.
