Each month, the Merville Social Center distributes approximately 100 food aid packages to families in need, with the support of the CCAS. These packages are assembled, in part, thanks to donations from the Food Bank of Haute-Garonne.
As part of the large national collection organized by Food Banks from November 6th to 8th in numerous supermarkets across France, the Merville CCAS is seeking volunteers. Volunteers are needed to help organize this collection on November 6th and 7th, specifically at the Intermarché stores in Merville and Saint-Paul-sur-Save.
For anyone wishing to get involved and donate some of their time, an information meeting will be held on Monday, October 26th at 6 PM at the Merville CCAS.
