The Coteaux Bellevue Community of Communes has launched a new biodéchet collection system in Montberon. Located on Route de Bessières, in the school parking lot and near textile collection bins, this facility aims to simplify food waste sorting for residents.
This service is completely free of charge. The collected waste will be valorized through methanization. Initially, this initiative is particularly aimed at collective residences that do not have individual composting solutions.
To use the collection point, users must first obtain an access badge. This badge can be acquired for free by scanning the QR code on the bin or by calling 05 34 27 13 65. Once the badge is obtained, the bin is accessible at all times, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
