Throughout the day, participants of all ages had the opportunity to try various activities such as archery, summer biathlon, tree climbing, pétanque, Qi Gong, and football. Organized walks also allowed residents from neighboring towns to reach the site on foot.
Numerous information and awareness stands were available, covering topics like cardiovascular health, nutrition, vaccination, life-saving gestures, and care pathways. A conference by Dr. Favarel on the benefits of physical activity highlighted the crucial link between sport and health. The team from the CCAS of Quint-Fonsegrives also presented the Territoires Zéro Non-Recours initiative, aimed at facilitating access to social rights.
The event benefited from the involvement of many health professionals, including the CPTS du Pastel, associations, volunteers, and partners. This initiative is part of the « Bons Réflexes Santé en Occitanie » label, supported by the Regional Health Agency (ARS Occitanie), with backing from Toulouse Métropole. This first edition confirmed residents' interest in local actions focused on prevention and adopting healthy daily habits.
