On Saturday, October 17, the SALVATERRA association will offer an apple pressing service for individuals using its mobile press; registration is mandatory at 06 77 57 29 09. A guided hike through the rural and forest paths of Sauveterre-de-Comminges is also organized by the Foyer rural, with a meeting point at the communal village hall. Participants should bring their own picnic.
The day of Sunday, October 18, will feature a gourmet market bringing together local producers and artisans. An exhibition of old apple varieties will be presented by 'Les vergers Retrouvés du Comminges'.
