The City Hall of Toulouse, in partnership with the Caisse d'Allocations Familiales de la Haute-Garonne, has launched a call for expressions of interest for the prefiguration of a Social Living Space (EVS) in the Borderouge Nord neighborhood. Interested organizations must apply by December 20, 2026.

The aim is to identify a non-profit organization to lead this project, which seeks to promote citizen participation and local initiatives. The EVS is a community facility recognized by the CAF, with a social project developed in collaboration with residents and local partners.
Candidates are invited to propose an approach focused on effective resident participation, outreach, local social development, cooperation between stakeholders, complementarity with existing facilities, experimentation, and shared governance.
Complete application dossiers must be submitted by December 20, 2026. Applications can be sent via the AssoToulouse portal or by email to: florence.justal@mairie-toulouse.fr and sophie.boureda@toulouse-metropole.fr for the Toulouse City Hall, and dsp@caf31.caf.fr or nathalie.pradel@caf31.caf.fr for the Caisse d’Allocations Familiales de la Haute-Garonne.
