This year, as part of Taste Week, children had the opportunity to learn how to make different sauces during after-school care and lunchtime activities. A new sauce was introduced each day.
These workshops were conducted in partnership with the Séméac school restaurant, allowing children to discover new flavors and learn basic culinary preparation techniques.
On Wednesdays, the young participants also got hands-on making a fruit salad, sharing a convivial moment around cooking.
To preserve these discoveries, a recipe book was created. Children can find the different sauce recipes there and, if they wish, recreate them with their families to extend this gourmet experience at home!
This initiative provided a wonderful opportunity to discover the joy of cooking, awaken taste curiosity, and share pleasant moments.
