The Municipality of Frontignan la Peyrade, led by mayor Michel Arrouy, is launching its 2026 participatory budget, a citizen participation initiative inviting residents to propose and vote for projects of general interest.

This initiative aims to promote citizen initiatives and involve residents in the development of their town. It is a competition of ideas for projects co-built with municipal services, focusing on collective life, local solidarity, or the territory's ecological transition.
A jury composed of elected officials, technicians, and representatives of participatory bodies will examine the technical, financial, and legal feasibility of the submitted projects. Subsequently, residents will be invited to vote for their preferred projects, and those receiving the most votes will be funded and implemented by the City.
The participatory budget is open to all adult residents of Frontignan la Peyrade, residing there as their primary home. Each project can be supported by 1 to 3 individuals.
Registration is open until November 30, 2026. Proposals can be submitted online via the dedicated form or at the Maison des projets et de la citoyenneté, located at rue Victor-Anthérieu. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM. For more information, contact 04 67 18 54 33.
