The Regional Health Agency (ARS) Occitanie is launching a call for applications for the deployment of the Early Detection, Diagnosis, and Early Intervention Service (SRP). This new system aims to improve care for children and young people in Occitanie.

The deployment of the Early Detection, Diagnosis, and Early Intervention Service (SRP) aims to improve early detection and offer children, young people, and their families more accessible, better-coordinated, and no-cost pathways.
This service will rely on existing organizations and expertise within the territories. It will organize the coordination of three pathways: the generic pathway for children under 7 years old, the pathway dedicated to neurodevelopmental disorders (TND) for those under 12, coordinated by PCOs, and the rehabilitation and adaptation pathway (PRR) for young people under 20 with severe multiple disabilities or cerebral palsy.
The future service will be based on close coordination between health, medico-social, and institutional stakeholders, as well as local practitioners, to streamline pathways and prevent disruptions in support.
The deadline for submitting applications is set for December 1, 2026, at midnight. Operational launch is provisionally scheduled for January 1, 2027.
Applications should be sent to ARS-OC-DOSA-MEDICO-SOC@ars.sante.fr, with a copy to the departmental directorate of the relevant department. Addresses are available in annex 5 of the downloadable call for applications.
