For visitors, who are stakeholders in collective catering (central kitchens, educational or hospital establishments, catering companies, etc.) or commercial catering (hotels, restaurants, cafes, caterers, wholesalers, etc.), the show will feature over 100 regional exhibitors. The event aims to foster encounters in a friendly atmosphere, with a concentrated one-day format. In 2024, over 300 professionals praised the quality of exchanges, with an average rating of 4.7/5. A new feature for 2025 will allow visitors to participate in the 'Visitor's Favorite' Awards.
