The Festival (A)venir, a platform for emerging young companies, invites the public and performing arts professionals to discover the initial stages of their creations. The event aims to foster networking and support for tomorrow's artists.
The opening evening, held at the Trioletto, will feature two 20-minute short forms, revealing the beginnings of new productions. A 50-minute long form, presented by a company previously supported by the festival, will complete the program. This evening offers a unique opportunity to follow the evolution of young local artistic teams.
On the program for the evening: Compagnie Solone by Carla Prieto (creation master) with her project Solone, Compagnie WAF by Emma Hugon and Marie Estublier (CRR) presenting Carcasses, Compagnie Casquette by Jess Avril (ENSAD) with Virginia based on the works of Virginia Woolf, and Mijote compagnie by Lucas Bonnaventure and Elodie Vignau (Cours Florent) performing Le Moche by Marius Van Mayenburg.
Admission to the evening is free for everyone.
The event will take place on Wednesday, October 14th, starting at 6:00 PM at the Trioletto, located at 75 avenue Augustin Fliche in Montpellier. Access is guaranteed until 15 minutes before the performances begin. The Tram 1 station: Universités des sciences et des lettres is nearby.
