Apeai Ouest Hérault, which has been offering these brioches for over 50 years, is organizing this sale to fund adapted projects and infrastructure, sports, cultural, and leisure activities, as well as accommodation and holiday solutions for children and adults with disabilities.
The town of Sauvian is actively involved in this solidarity initiative. Citizens are invited to purchase their brioche directly at the town hall, located at 17 avenue Paul Vidal.
The price of the brioche is set at €6. Participants are asked to bring exact change if possible. The operation runs from October 1st to 10th, 2026.
