The municipality of Peyre en Aubrac has lifted the drinking water usage restriction in several villages following the repeal of a September 9th municipal order.

The municipal order of September 9th, which imposed a permanent usage restriction for water intended for human consumption on the Contrandes, Couffinet-Le Cher, Lasfonds, and La Védrinelle networks, has been abrogated. Consequently, the water distributed by all these networks can now be used as is for drinking or preparing food.
The villages concerned by this lifting of the restriction are as follows:
UDI LE CONTRANDES: Ventouzet, Belvezet, Hermabessière, Le Contrandès.
UDI COUFFINET – LE CHER: La Brugerette, Le Cher, Vimenet, Couffinet, Les Baraques du Démenty, Tombarels, Vert Bois.
UDI LASFONDS: Lasfonds.
UDI LA VEDRINELLE: La Vedrinelle, Le Ventoux.
