A fire broke out last night in a commercial premises in the Ipanema residence, located in the southern sector of Canet-en-Roussillon. Smoke spread to two neighboring buildings, leading to the evacuation of residents. Most of them were able to return to their homes.
Firefighters and police forces are still on site. An investigation is underway.
The City urges residents to avoid the area to facilitate the intervention of emergency services.
