The SYDEEL66, meeting on October 6, 2026, in Saint-Féliu-d’Avall, approved a revision of its statutes, integrating new competencies such as video protection, and confirmed key actions for energy transition and electric mobility.

The SYDEEL66 syndicate committee met on October 6, 2026, at its new premises in Saint-Féliu-d’Avall, chaired by Jean MAURY. The session began with the presentation of the 2025 activity report, highlighting the syndicate's achievements for the territories.
A statutory revision was adopted, incorporating new competencies: luminous signage, Legal Organizing Entity (PMO), purchasing centers, and video protection. The latter will enable the SYDEEL66 to support its members in deploying video protection systems.
Regarding electric mobility, SYDEEL66 plans a public service delegation (DSP) to study the takeover of the Révéo network and the deployment of new charging points. The objective is to contribute to the target of 2,000 new charging points by 2028, as set by the Departmental Scheme for IRVE.
In a gesture of solidarity following the fire on July 4, 2026, in Trévillach, the committee unanimously voted a €5,000 contribution to the solidarity fund established by the AMF66.
Energy transition remains central to its actions. The Ecopousse program, aimed at educating primary and elementary school students on energy and ecological issues, will be renewed for the 2026-2027 school year, reaching 133 classes. The syndicate will also renew its partnership with Green Prime for supporting local authorities in valuing Energy Saving Certificates (CEE) until 2028.
These initiatives demonstrate SYDEEL66's commitment to pooling its resources and expertise to address the new challenges faced by municipalities in various fields, including energy, public lighting, electric mobility, and video protection.
