Prefectural decree no. DDTM/SER/2026258-0001, dated September 15, 2026, has officially opened this public inquiry. The project aims to create an irrigation network and two storage basins in the municipalities of Thuir, Trouillas, Sainte Colombe de la Commanderie, Terrats, and Fourques. It also includes the establishment of the authorized syndicate association (ASA) of Les Aspres.
A complete file regarding this project is available for public consultation at the town hall. During the inquiry period, four consultation sessions will be held in the concerned municipalities by the inquiry commissioner. One of these sessions will take place in Trouillas on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 9 AM to 12 PM.
