By order n°2026-161 of September 28, 2026, the Mayor of Saint-Etienne-de-Tulmont ordered the opening of the public inquiry. This procedure concerns modification n°3 of the municipal PLU, focusing on the creation of a Limited Size and Capacity Sector (STECAL).
This agro-tourism project, initiated by « Terra - La Tauge », is located at the place called ‘Cailloux’, at the corner of chemins de la Clare/des Eglantiers, covering parcels Section AW n°0004 to 0012.
The project plans to develop a glamping activity, offering unusual accommodations and leisure facilities of the ecolodge type. This offering will complement an existing farm, focused on family, ecological, and educational tourism.
The public inquiry will take place at the town hall of Saint-Etienne-de-Tulmont. It will begin on October 19 at 9:00 AM and end on November 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM, thus spanning 33 consecutive days.
