By order n°2026-161 dated September 28, 2026, the Mayor of Saint-Etienne-de-Tulmont has ordered the opening of the public inquiry. This concerns the procedure for modification n°3 of the municipal PLU, specifically for the creation of a Limited Size and Capacity Sector (STECAL).
This agritourism project, initiated by « Terra - La Tauge », is located at the place called ‘Cailloux’, at the corner of Chemin de la Clare and Chemin des Eglantiers, covering parcels Section AW n°0004 to 0012. It plans to develop a glamping activity, offering unusual and leisure accommodations such as ecolodges. This will complement an existing farm, focused on family, ecological, and educational tourism.
The public inquiry is taking place at the town hall of Saint-Etienne-de-Tulmont. It began on October 19 at 9:00 AM and will conclude on November 20, 2026, at 5:00 PM, lasting for 33 consecutive days.
