The 2025-2026 season for the Mirepoix Rugby School proved particularly fruitful, combining sporting successes with community engagement. Beyond the field, the club maintained its academic support for young players with homework assistance, aiming to facilitate the balance between sport and studies. This initiative will be reinstated starting September 2026.
The club places great importance on the training of its educators. The association finances all training costs for new coaches to ensure optimal support for the mental and sporting development of young rugby players.
Team spirit, conviviality, and solidarity are at the core of the club's values. The president emphasizes: 'We don't just want to train rugby players, but responsible citizens, capable of respecting themselves and others. We want every child who comes through our school to feel heard and supported in their personal growth.'
The Mirepoix Rugby School positions itself as a true place of life and sharing. The club invites parents, former players, and the curious to join its community starting from the September intake, for children aged 3 and a half and up. They will also be present at the associations' forum on Saturday, September 5th, in the cathedral parking lot.
For the Rugby School category, training sessions are organized by birth year: Baby / M-F5 / M-F6 (2023-2021) on Saturday mornings (10 am-12 pm); M-F8 (2020-2019) on Wednesdays (4 pm-5:30 pm) and Saturdays (10 am-12 pm); M-F10 (2018-2017) on Tuesdays (6:15 pm-7:30 pm) and Saturdays (10 am-12 pm); M-F12 (2016-2015) on Wednesdays and Fridays (5:30 pm-7 pm); and M14 and F15 (2014-2013 and 2012) on Wednesdays and Fridays (5:30 pm-7 pm).
