Baraqueville will spotlight the stage throughout October 2026 with a series of performances at the Salle du Fauteuil Rouge. The program stands out for its diversity, blending comedies, contemporary creations, and committed shows, catering to various audiences.
The launch begins on Saturday, October 3rd, with Vous êtes fou, Monsieur Strindberg !, a creation by the company La Bête noire, exploring the intimate relationship between reader and author. On Sunday, October 4th, the company Stichomythie & compagnies will present the preview of Adieu Monsieur Haffmann, a 1942-set play directed by Cédric Austr y, questioning morality and human relations during a turbulent era.
A free performance for seniors is scheduled for Thursday, October 8th, featuring La Vie de Quartier, a comedy by the troupe Bruit de cadavre, highlighting daily life and community bonds.
The second weekend kicks off on Friday, October 9th, with Vive les Mariées, a comedy by the troupe Détalon.88, preceded by a performance from Maréva Bourreau. On Saturday, October 10th, the show Et pendant ce temps… Simone veille, by the company De loup, du renard et de la belette, will trace the evolution of women's status since the 1950s, paying tribute to Simone Veil.
The Theatre Month continues on October 16th and 17th. Friday, October 16th, features Un fil à la patte, a 1 hour 45 minute comedy performed by two actors. Saturday, October 17th, presents the musical show 2 Poids 3 Mesures, inspired by the universe of Raymond Devos, blending humor and wordplay.
