After a weather event that placed the Gard department under red alert, the public services of Nîmes Métropole have returned to their usual operations on Thursday, October 1st. This resumption follows the latest guidelines from the Gard prefecture.
The various services and facilities of the metropolis are thus resuming their normal activities. This includes the Tango public transport network, the Nemausa nautical stadium, the SMAC Paloma, the NemoVélo and VéloTango service, the reception areas of the Colisées de Nîmes Métropole, the DCTDM User Relations service, and the waste collection services.
The waste disposal centers of Nîmes Métropole, which were exceptionally closed on Wednesday, September 30th due to the red alert for "rain-storms-flooding," also reopened this morning, returning to their usual operating hours and conditions.
