On Friday, October 9, the Fonsorbes CCAS distributed food purchase vouchers worth €500 to three local charities: the Secours catholique, the Restos du Cœur, and the Croix-Rouge social grocery store.

Mathieu Lafoux, president of the Communal Social Action Centre (CCAS), and Pascal Daram, vice-president, presented these financial aids in the presence of representatives from the three associations. This initiative, decided during a CCAS permanent commission, aims to support these organizations in the face of increasing registrations and requests for food aid.
This aid will enable the associations to strengthen their means of action and meet the growing needs of people in precarious situations. The CCAS thus reaffirms its commitment alongside local associative actors who work daily to support the most vulnerable residents of Fonsorbes.
