Starting October 16, 2026, farmers will be able to receive advance payments for the main CAP aids, at the maximum rates authorized by European regulations.

Advance payments for the main Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) aids will be issued starting October 16, 2026. The state has chosen to apply the maximum authorized advance rate, which is 75% for first pillar aids and 85% for the Less Favored Areas Compensatory Allowance (ICHN).
The aids concerned by these early payments include the basic income support (DPB), the redistributive payment, the eco-scheme, the complementary aid for young farmers, the ICHN, as well as most animal aids (bovine, ovine, and caprine). Applications subject to an on-site inspection may also benefit from advance payments for surface aids, even if the inspection is not fully finalized.
Provisional amounts for decoupled aids remain broadly stable compared to 2025. The redistributive payment is set at €48.50/ha for the first 52 hectares. For the eco-scheme, the basic level is €45.46/ha, the higher level is €62.05/ha, organic farming is €110/ha, and the hedge bonus is €20/ha. The young farmer aid amounts to €3,700 per eligible farm, an increase of €600.
Regarding animal aids, the sheep aid is €20.54 per eligible ewe, with a €2 increase for the first 500 ewes. The goat aid is €13.83 per eligible goat. For bovine aid, the higher level is €94/LSU and the basic level is €51/LSU.
These amounts are provisional and will be adjusted upon payment of the balance, scheduled from the first half of December 2026.
