Elected officials and partners of the Community of communes of Hauts Tolosans met on Tuesday, September 29, for the first stage of the revision of the Territorial Climate Air Energy Plan (PCAET). This meeting allowed for the validation of the territorial diagnostics.
This validation is an essential step to establish a common assessment, understand local realities, and identify the main challenges the territory will need to address in the coming years. The PCAET is designed as a roadmap for ecological and energy transition.
The objective of this plan is to enable the inhabitants of the Hauts Tolosans to adapt to the effects of climate change, reduce their environmental impact, and strengthen the territory's resilience. The initiative relies on the mobilization and cooperation of all local stakeholders, with the support of the AREC Occitanie.
A new phase is thus underway to collectively build a more resilient and sustainable territory.
