Toulouse: 5 new locations for mobile sales

The Toulouse City Hall is launching a call for projects to provide five locations for the mobile sale of processed products within the city. Applications are open until November 2, 2026.

The Directorate of Commercial Occupations of Public Property of the Toulouse City Hall has launched a call for projects for the installation of five new locations dedicated to mobile sales. These sites, with a maximum area ranging from 10 to 16 m², are located in different areas of the city.
The available locations are: location 1 (10 m²) at 1, chemin des Clotasses; location 2 (10 m²) at 55, avenue Louis Bréguet; location 3 (11 m²) at 82, rue Louis-Nicolas-Vauquelin; location 4 (10 m²) at Impasse Foulquier; and location 5 (16 m²) at 5, cheminement Guillaume-Joseph-Bouton.
The provision of these locations is granted on a personal basis and cannot be transferred or sublet. Selected vendors will be able to operate their business starting from January 1, 2027, for a period of 3 to 5 years, depending on the quality of the proposed project and the amortization period of their investments.
Candidates can apply for a maximum of two locations, indicating their preferred order. The required documents for the application are detailed in the consultation regulations. Applications, in digital format, must be submitted before Monday, November 2, at 12 PM to appelaprojet-dodp@mairie-toulouse.fr. The email subject line must include the name and location of the call for projects, as well as the candidate's name.
